Anger, Rage, Bitterness, Emotional Instability, Temper, Violence, Conflict, and Bullying are all negative characteristics which are displayed by people who are going through serious stress. Its very true that hurt people hurt other people.

When people are stressed, they cannot think straight. Their emotions are not stable. They are not in the right space, which results in them resorting to many antisocial behaviours. 

Violence affects Men

Whenever discussions about violence are discussed, men are always at the centre stage. Because of their masculine nature, many men are always perpetrators of violence against women and children.  

We work with our sister organisation called I am a Great Man. This Non Profit Company runs workshops, seminars and empowering sessions to empower men deal with GBV.

Violence affects Women

 the receiving end of Gender Based Violence are women, who often fall victim of violence perpetrated to them by stressed and violent men. People are paralysed, bruised, and many are dying daily in SA because of GBV.

  We work with various organisations to run workshops, seminars and conferences to empower victim of violence and help perpetrators deal with anger issues

Violence affects Youth

Children and youth of South Africa, are adversely affected by GBV. They are beaten up, tortured, molested, neglected and even killed by angry parents or guardians and even teachers who take out their stress on them. 

These children and youth, because of the pain they are suffering, often take out their anger and pain to others, and eventually go into gangsterism, become bullies and hurt others.

Men, Women, Youth Forums

The violence nature in our society cannot be left unattended. Hence, we call upon every organisation, public or private, to establish Men, Women and Youth Forums. These are platform to support & engage on GBV issues. 

 We have the capacity at Stress Coach, to help any organisation establish a Men's, Women's and Youth Forums, to decisively deal with violence, and address GBV head on.
